Hi again Stephen. We wish you good luck with the bicycle. This year on our bicycle holiday we met a guy traveling on a bike the same as your. He had been on the road for more than 3000 km and said he would never go back to his old koga with the normal gear and chain. He is the reason that my husband those to buy his koga so we hope that the problem will be fixed. My husband are in good contact with the koga center in Copenhagen so we are still believing it will have a happy end.

Hi Stephen. My husband bought a koga similar to yours an he also notice a klick sounds from the gear. Did you or koga give up fixing it?

HI, my bike is with the dealer right now. I have no further information, but what I can say is that I will keep you posted. I'm hoping for a satisfactory outcome, but given the support I have received thus far, I fear a long drawn out battle. I hope of course that won't be the case and I won't be just told things need greasing. Rohloff say they are working with Carbon Drive on a permanent solution they say, but don't have one now, other than bunging grease into it.
